The staff are excellent. They known English and are very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for families on vacation. It is far away from the noisy center of the city but close enough to drive to the major city attractions. The hotel offers free parking which is an advantage. The pool is very good if you have children. The lighting in the room is perfect.
The quality of the towels is very bad. They need to be replaced. The breakfast is okay, it is not very diverse and there are not many options.
Great value for a hotel in a convenient location to walk to the sights of the city. It's a one star but could easily be upgraded in our opinion. The restaurant serves good honest food at good prices. Room was quiet, comfortable and a reasonable size for the price.
Convenient to tourist area, short taxi ride only required to and from hotel. Room & facilities good for the price. Breakfast good. Free parking space at hotel good. Seemed to be a popular hotel as quite busy.
The room given to me was not made up, and stank of cigarette smoke, so they gave me another room immediately. So I was fine with that.
The hotel was easy to fine on our drive from the airport in Madrid and was an easy walk of about 20 minutes to the historic area. The buffet breakfast was very nice and it was a good first night after the long flight to Spain from the states.
Reception staff ecellent
free parking sweeming pool clean room great shower nice staff
Decent, clean hotel with breakfast and restuarant facilities. Rated as 1-star, but we've stayed on poorer 3-stars. Nice pool set in grassy enclosure. 'Outside' wedding reception going on one day, so closed for a couple of hours, but no big deal. There's a Mercadona supermarket across the road, which was handy for a few groceries, soft drinks, wine etc. and bags of ice (no fridge - bit of a bummer). Staff were great and let us switch to a room with a balcony when one became available. Tip - find & check the floor plan when you arrive - some rooms are only 2/3 the size of the larger ones and a touch 'bijoux'! We found a couple of local back-street bar-restaurants with great tapas and meals, which were authentic Spanish and great fun! 20-Minute walk to the old town, so best for reasonably fit people or get a taxi. Another plus is free on-site parking
No fridge. Some distance from the Old Town.
Reasonable price for a comfortably room.
Breakfast is not variable... But much better, than in another ones.
Very clean, quiet, friendly service, easy to find, well priced.
th.e lady in reception very helpful always a smile
rough area you could hear noises from adjoining rooms bad knights sleep
The hotel was conveniently situated and the room was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good value. Free car parking was available and safe.
The room view overlooked the local rubbish bins - but we were only staying for one night so this was not an issue. The hotel had very poor insulation and every sound could be heard.
Great location with ample free parking, it will take you approx 20mins to walk to the Mezquita (Cathedral) via an Roman bridge over the river. Although there are lots of hotels in and around the old Jewish quarter parking is either very expensive or not available, better to be on foot. Good clean rooms and restaurant available, only two floors with a lift and a great outdoor pool albeit not used during our stay
The bedroom walls are very thin with little or no soundproofing, if you have noisy guests next door you can hear them lound and clear!! A sharp bang on the wall calmed our guests down next door.
On site parking and location within walking distance of the old city. Very reasonably priced and a nice hotel generally. Reception person when we booked in was very friendly and helpful.
Not the most picturesque location.
Dark, small rooms. Balcony window open to the common terrace with unpretty view. Some hotel stuff parade outside during the cigarette break
The staff was nice and gave useful information about the city.
We had some trouble finding and getting to the hotel (main road with lots of traffic). Breakfast was very simple.
